What did we do?
A key part of the work for Life Fitness was the creation and execution of direct mail campaigns. This involved working with the Life Fitness sales team and researching exactly the needs and motivations of each audience, targeting them specifically with highly personalised mailing campaigns that were then subsequently followed up by telephone.
What did we achieve?
The marketing support that we provided enabled the Life Fitness team to hit tough sales targets. The direct mail campaigns were achieving response rates of more than 9% and delivering a financial return of more than £20 for every £1 spent on the campaign.
