Each month, we produce approximately 3,500 e-mail newsletters, dispatched to subscribers of this award-winning interiors/exteriors magazine. Using our e-mail technology, we are able to see who has opened the e-newsletter and who has responded to it. We are also able to check who has forwarded it to someone and also whether the insideout Web site has been viewed using the e-newsletter's link. In November 2006, we achieved a massive 32% click through.
