Heygate Farms Swaffham Ltd - Full Marketing Support

Heygate Farms is a 6,000 acre arable farm based in Norfolk, with particular expertise in growing high quality potatoes.

The challenge was to add value to their crop by developing a range of branded potatoes. A brand had to be created and protected, and pricing and distribution issues into a complex multi-channel market had to be overcome. The branded Norfolk Peer new potatoes were successfully launched into regional Tesco stores from the summer of 2013. The launch was supported by an extensive consumer and trade PR campaign and in-store promotional work. It was a huge achievement to get a branded product into the fresh produce aisles of a leading supermarket. Customer feedback was very positive and sales were 5 times the initial forecast.


Timberland Flooring - Google AdWords Management

Part of the Anglian Group, Timberland flooring is a specialist real timber flooring installer. We provided a full Google AdWords campaign management and development service and exceeded tough cost-per-acquisition targets during a summer PPC campaign.

We significantly increased the click-through rate and landing page conversion rate and halved the cost-per-acquisition at the same time.

Life Fitness (UK) Ltd - Full Marketing Support

Life Fitness is the world's leading provider of fitness equipment. We were responsible for the development and execution of creative ideas covering the whole marketing mix in the UK. A key part of the work was the creation and management of direct mail and advertising campaigns to a diverse range of markets.

After researching the specific needs and motivations of each audience and targeting them with highly personalised mailing campaigns, we achieved response rates of more than 9% and delivered a financial return of more than £20 for every £1 spent on the campaign.


nCipher Corporation Ltd (acquired by Thales e-Security) - Online Direct Mail Campaigns

This client develops internet security products, services and technologies. Running 3 seminars, in the UK, Sweden and the Netherlands, nCipher needed to fill places and so required a campaign that could be turned around quickly, and would achieve fast results. We implemented a 3 stage email campaign to their opt-in database. The e-mail shot linked to an application form that allowed delegates to book instantly without needing to provide additional information.

The project was executed in just 2 days. 100% fulfilment was achieved for the seminars and subsequently over £600,000 of business was closed as a direct result of the seminars.


Trench Technology Ltd - Offline Direct Mail Campaigns

Trench Technology is a housing development mains services installer. One Vision was recommended to assist with ideas for marketing their combined utilities installation service on construction sites. A mailshot was produced to draw immediate enquiries, combined with telemarketing follow-up.

Following the first mailshot, Trench Technology had a 7% immediate response and a subsequent 70% conversion of these enquiries. 


Overseas Courier Services Ltd - Ecommerce Website with External System Integration

OCS is a global subscription and distribution business for British newspapers and magazines. We were responsible for creating and managing an ecommerce subscription website that allows customers around the world to order newspapers and magazines for local delivery in their own country.

The ecommerce website needed to integrate with the OCS order processing computer system so that web orders were injected straight in, and for product data to be fed directly to the website.
